The Trak3 Controller is a high performance platform designed to control tough material handling applications. Its offers multiple serial ports and extremely high speed I/O processing equivalent to a PLC scan time of 100 microseconds. Based on the Numina Group’s modular software architecture, Trak3 is easily expandable to a full Numina Real-Time Distribution (RDS) control.

The Trak3 Controller is especially designed to excel in difficult applications including high-speed sortation control, scan-weigh-dimension systems for in-motion manifesting and 5-sided, and 6-sided high performance scan tunnel integration.
